You can get the benefits of a FHA Streamline program if you have the following:
1.- The mortgage to be refinanced must already be FHA insured.
2.- The mortgage to be refinanced should be current (not delinquent).
3.- The refinance is to result in a lowering of the borrower's monthly principal and interest payments.
4.- No cash may be taken out on mortgages refinanced using the Streamline Refinance process.
5.- If your property has not sufficient loan to value you still can qualify.
FHA offer streamline refinances in several ways. Streamline can be no out-of-pocket expenses to the borrower. Streamline refinances can also be done without appraisals.
