ONCE AID ENDS, RATES MIGHT CLIMB.

The Federal Reserve has been providing life support to Mortgage Market in the amount close to $ 1.25 Trillion dollars and it seems this help will reach the end soon. Once aid comes to an end, mortgage rates  probably will rise according to different experts. This will come along with a drop in value of the housing market and also a large amount of foreclosures. Rather than being held by banks, mortgages are sliced, categorized and resold on Wall Street to have liquidity, then this money can be used in more mortgages. Like in the Matrix movie..... " buckle up Dorothy cause Kansas is going bye bye".
